Patient Experience

Hamilton Health Sciences recognizes the value of patient and family feedback, as it provides us with the opportunity to improve the care that we are providing. Feedback can come in the form of a compliment, inquiry or concern about the services we provide.

In accordance to the  Excellent Care for All Act (2010) we would like to ensure ease of access for the public to share feedback.

If you would like to provide your feedback, either a compliment or a concern, we suggest that your first route is to speak directly to you health care provider team as they know you best. You may either speak with your direct care provider, the Charge Nurse, Physician or the Clinical Manager. You may also choose to contact the Patient Experience department directly, by either telephone or e-mail.
