Neurosciences and Trauma 

The Neurosciences and Trauma Program is centred at Hamilton General Hospital. It serves patients from all over the region who have sustained life-threatening spinal cord and head injuries.  The program covers the following services:

• The Burn and Trauma Unit, serving patients with critical injuries.
• ICU East, intensive care for trauma patients.
• The Neuro Ambulatory Centre, outpatient care for patients recovering from head injuries.
