Sexual health means thinking about the health of your partner(s) and making sure they are protected. Sexual health also means protecting yourself from other strains of HIV as well as Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs).
You can have sex with little or no risk of passing on or getting HIV by practicing safer sex. But safer sex does not necessarily prevent transmission so it is important for you and your partner (s) to negotiate these risks beforehand.
